At Fermented Treasure, customer satisfaction is important to us. Fermented Treasure is a brand owned by Celf Ventures Pvt. Ltd. All products are manufactured and packed by Celf Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns and refunds are handled carefully to maintain hygiene, safety, and product quality standards.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

However, if your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Damaged, leaking, or tampered package

• Wrong item delivered

• Expired product received

• Missing item from order

• Product quality issue upon opening (with photo/video proof)

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing your request, we may provide one of the following at our discretion:

• Replacement of the affected product

• Store credit

• Full refund

• Partial refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements may not be available in the following cases:

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

• Damage caused after delivery

• Improper storage after delivery

• Change of mind after purchase

• Personal taste preferences

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
